20SEP65 Damaged on landing at Ardmore, Oklahoma. After a three engine ferry flight the aircraft overshot the wet runway into ditches. The accident was attributed to a poorly planned approach. The aircraft was declared a write-off and used for spares.
AUG66 Last reported at Ardmore. Presumably subsequently broken up.
