The partially open jump door on Beech 200C VH-NSD. To provide clearance
when sliding the door forward, the external handle is now retractable.
Two recessed hand holds facilitate moving the door inwards and forward.
The wind deflector strip at the leading edge of the door opening casts
a shadow. Note that the piano hinge fitting for the airstair door remains
