These two photographs were supplied by Bob Wills. Taken at Laverton, Victoria, they depict what is evidently a Ventura ambulance mockup, although the serial number of the aeroplane and its intended purpose are unknown. If nothing else, the photos demonstrate the expendability of Venturas in the later years of the war! If any reader can provide more information it will be most welcome. |
