Neptune
A89-306 A Hard Days Night at Richmond on 18 July 1965. At the
time the aircraft was assigned to FLTLT Fred Weir (RCAF exchange) and
Crew D. The emblem under the cockpit is a zap from the U.S. Navy VP-4
at Barber's Point in Hawaii. Four Neptunes from 11SQN participated in
Exercise Hawaiian Emperor at Barber's Point during October-November
1964. The 11SQN ORB records that one of the aircraft was captained by
FLTLT Wier (sic).
