You will have noted when you arrived at my website that you were not asked to register, nor were you subjected to annoying advertising or pop-ups. (The search page and several promotional pages do include limited advertising served by Google.) Neither were you asked to pay for access to the information contained within these pages. Nevertheless, there are costs associated with making all of this material available and these relate mainly to web hosting charges. I don't believe in using cheap or free web hosting services as they usually serve only to frustrate visitors. (I use Server101 based in San Jose and I have found them to be extremely reliable and their charges realistic. Indeed I recommend them).
