Pacific Trader suffered a nosewheel collapse at Port Moresby
on 6 February 1969. The aircraft was returning a group of 60 children
from Nauru to boarding schools in Australia when hydraulic failure
on approach to Port Moresby necessitated an emergency landing when
the nosewheel could not be fully lowered. |
