22APR90 Crashed at Bankstown after engine failure on take-off. The aircraft crashed through a wire fence and stopped short of another fence dividing the airport from the Riverwood Golf Course. Both crew (Andrew Mitchell and Bernie Moriarty) were not injured but the aircraft was extensively damaged and subsequently written-off. The damaged fuselage was later used as a ground prop in the production of a Coca Cola advertisement featuring sky surfing.
